How do I know if I need monthly management support?
If you aren’t updating your WordPress website regularly or taking website backups and storing them in a secure location, you are leaving your site vulnerable. Without proper maintenance, your website you be hacked, your plugin code could stop working correctly, or your site could stop working altogether. Why worry? Let our team of experienced WordPress experts keep your site safe and happy.
How do I get my login information to you?
After you’ve registered, a team member will contact you within 12-48 hours to finish setting up your account.
Where do you store my cloud backups?
Backups are encrypted and stored in an offsite location so that if your website is ever compromised, a complete backup is still safe. Our management plan takes a complete backup of your site every week. Each backup is stored for 30 days and can be provided upon request.
If I have management services, how many revision requests can I submit each month?
You can submit as many requests as you’d like. Unless you state otherwise, requests will be addressed in the order they are received. If your requests will require more time than the management plan allows for (we try not to go over an hour of time each month), then your requests will be completed the following month. For major revisions, please contact us.
What happens if a plugin or theme update breaks my site?
Occasionally, updates can break a site. However, not running updates will compromise your site and eventually cause it to stop working correctly. If an update ever breaks your site, we will quickly get your back online and contact the plugin developer to work with them on fixing the issue. If the issue is a plugin conflict that cannot be resolved by the plugin developer, we will work with you on finding an alternative.
How do I sign up for multiple sites? Is there a discount for multiple sites?
We would love to manage all of your sites and are happy to offer a bulk discount. Please contact us for bulk pricing and registration details.
Do you offer hosting?
We do not offer hosting, although we have a lot of experience with hosting providers. The bet affordable option we’ve and recommend to our clients Siteground. If you need help setting up your site, please contact us.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal.
Do you have a refund policy?
We hope that our service will exceed your expectations. However, we offer a full-refund within the first 30 days of service if you aren’t satisfied.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our services are billed on a month-to-month basis. You are free to cancel your plan(s) at any time.

Our central office is in Gainesville, FL. However, we have team members from across the United States.
